Rusty is the other pup found by Good Samaritans with Winnie. He is approximately 10 months old, heartworm negative, and scheduled for the rest of his vetting in the immediate future. Rusty is not quite as shy as Winnie. They both have great temperaments. Rusty is approximately 40 lbs and is a scruffy terrier mix.
