Lilly

This is Lilly, an Australian Shepherd mix.  She weighs about 55 pounds, is 5 years old, spayed, current on vaccines and heartworm negative.  Lilly was part of a family until one day when the divorce happened.  Mom moved out with the kids and the small dog and Dad was left with Lilly.  With all of the change at once she started getting separation anxiety and chewed something up so the Dad decided to bring her to the veterinarian to be euthanized.  Since she was such a sweet, wonderful dog that never had problems before this drastic overnight change in her life the vet techs asked if they could find another home for Lilly.  She has been in her new foster home for about two weeks and has been a friendly girl.  Lilly is now crate-trained, does well in her crate and has not shredded any bedding or had any accidents.  She loves to ride in the car, walks very well on the leash and enjoys being petted (the youngest child that we know she has been around is 7 years old).  Lilly likes to chase cats and gets along well with bigger dogs.  She knows how to sit and kennel on command as well as catch treats in the air.  If you are looking for an adult dog that still has a lot of love to give then please give Lilly another chance to have a family again!
