Phoebe is approximately three years old and our best guesstimate is Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. She has been living in some woods behind a house in Frayser for close to a year. She would come out ever once in awhile for food. She was terribly matted which was her only saving grace from getting heartworms. The mosquitoes probably could not get to her skin. Phoebe is heartworm negative, current on vaccinations and spayed. This adorably loving little lady wants nothing but to please. She probably has been starved for attention the majority of her life. She has probably had a couple of litters of puppies from what we can tell. She would make a wonderful companion.
