Lambert is a handsome mixed breed dog. He is a year old and weighs about 35lbs. He has the most gorgeous brindle coat! These pictures don’t do him justice. He is long and lean and looks like a brindle mountain cur or the local Treeing Tennessee Brindle! Lambert is a very outgoing and social boy. He loves meeting new people and playing with other dogs. He is medium to high energy and will need an active family to keep him entertained and engaged. A bored dog is a mischievous one! Lambert loves to be outside playing in the yard. An ideal home for him would have a fenced in yard and a canine companion to play with. Lambert had a broken pelvis as a puppy and as a result he has a slight limp that is noticeable in some situations and not others. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by it from what we see. He does well with school aged children and older; he might be a bit too high energy for very young children. Lambert is a goofball and is always up for fun! He will definitely keep you entertained with his puppy antics. He loves to go for rides in the car and on adventures with his people.
Lambert is crate trained and house trained although it is common for dogs to have accidents while acclimating to a new environment. We recommend using a kennel for Lambert when he will be left unattended. This is the routine he is used to.
