This shorkie’s name is Max. He is 18lbs, heartworm negative, and up to date on all of his shots. He is 3 years old. He acts like a traditional family pet. He loves for you to rub his tummy and pet him. He loves puzzle treat toys and seems to be a master at figuring them out!

He also enjoys his toy bones. He loves to sleep at the end of your bed and will go there automatically when you lie down. He will sleep with you all night without any interruptions. He is a very dominant dog and will be the boss in charge regardless of other dog’s size. He is better at a home as the only pet. He seems to favor women more than men. He is sometimes afraid of some things that he doesn’t understand, such as a vacuum or a box. He is also very territorial. He will bark at people passing by the house on the sidewalk or cats. He is wary of new guests coming into your home and will bark at them until they give him treats or pet him. He is so excited to please and impress you. He is very obedient and will come when called.
