Isabella is a female black lab mixed with a small dog, possibly a Terrier.  She is three months old, currently weighs 10 pounds but will weigh at least 25 to 30 pounds when fully grown.  Isabella is a high energy dog and is currently being kennel and leash trained.  An un-responsible owner tied three female puppies to an office railing and left them.  One of the sisters has been adopted; now there are only two left.  They are a little afraid of other dogs so the Foster Parent is working on socializing them.  They are sweet puppies that will make great dogs!
