Hey! I’m Fred. I’m probably a Rottie mix. I am almost 2 years old and weigh about 60 pounds. Due to my age, I shouldn’t get much bigger. One morning, some nice ladies at a landscaping place found I had been dumped there. They took care of me for a while, but then the guardian angels rescued me so I’d be safe. Things are pretty good at my foster home, but there are a lot of other foster friends here, so my foster parents are stretched thin and I don’t get all the love and attention I deserve. I am playful and sweet, but old enough to have grown out of “the puppy phase”. I play extremely well with my foster brothers and sisters. We romp and wrestle, but never fight. I am great with kids, but not-so-good with bunnies or other small animals. Oddly enough, though, I do get along with cats. I am crate trained, housebroken, and doggie door trained. I am a good boy and love Nylabones. When I am in good supply of Nylabones, they help me stay out of trouble. I am heartworm negative, on prevention, neutered, and up-to-date on all my shots. I don’t shed much and I am also microchipped. Don’t let my tough-looking exterior scare you away, I am just a sweet, charming, friendly love bug. Meet me and you’ll see!!
