Frances is a young female wire-haired terrier mix who was found in the middle of traffic.  Her previous owner could not be found, so she is in search of a new forever home.  She is very sweet and loving with people.   She has a lot of energy and is much calmer as an only dog.  She is very loving, but needs an active family.  Frances is very endearing once you get to know her.

She cannot be left alone in a fenced yard as she will go over to find you.  She is great in the house and can be crated or not.  She is heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccinations, and spayed.  She is wonderful with children, men, actually any human person.  She can be a little alpha with other alpha females and there will be head-knocking.  She also needs to be fed by herself as she does not share food well with other canine beings.  There will be a food explosion.  She is not the lowest maintenance dog, but she is a joy if you are not looking for a couch potato.
