Andy was found by a Good Samaritan running stray.  The owners could not be found, so this perky, adorable little guy is now in need of a forever home.  He is approximately 7-8 months old, about 22 lbs and a bundle of love and energy.  He loves to play with other dogs – to the point that he could get on a more laid back dog’s nerves.  He loves people and would make a great companion for an active family.  He is heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccinations, and neutered.  We are not exactly sure of breed, but possible some Corgi in there.  If he sits still and his ears are up and you can disregard his markings, he almost looks like a Welsh.
