Wesley is a small male Chihuahua/Dachshund mix who was rescued by a Good Samaritan.  He is approximately two-years-old with a very sweet disposition.  He is extremely shy and needs to go into a home with perhaps one other dog.  He will need a new owner with the love and patience to give him time to come out of his shyness.  He loves his foster mom, but has been with her for months.  For the first few weeks, you might mistake him for a statue.  He is heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccinations, and neutered.
