This little guy was found by a good samaritan at a fast food restaurant. He was begging for scraps, so she picked him up and turned him over to one of our volunteers. Radar is less than a year old and  tested negative for heart worms. He has been neutered and had all of his shots. His foster mother is working on house training him. Radar is very sweet, he loves attention and is very playful.
