Charlie is a young male chihuahua mix that we rescued from the shelter in Osceola, AR.  He had been there for about four months.  He is full of energy, but has calmed down tremendously since he first came  to the rescue.  He plays well with other dogs, better with bigger dogs.  He is heartworm negative, neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.  He is crate-trained and housebroken.  Charlie will make a great dog for an active family.
