Phineus
Phineus is a male black and tan chihuahua mix. He is probably between 18 months and two years old. He is very sweet, but somewhat shy. He does not bounce off the walls as so many this size do. He is heartworn negative, neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations. He would make a wonderful pet for a couple or single person with a quiet lifestyle.
